Lauretta is the Lead Associate for the firm’s Start-up, Innovation and Venture Capital sub-group under the Corporate and Commercial practice area.
Lauretta’s area of focus are banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, technology law and intellectual property.
Lauretta’s recent experience in the firm includes advising on the acquisition of FinTech licenses in Ghana, participating in the due diligence process of a strategic partnership with a logistics and supply chain company and advising on complex cross-border and domestic finance transactions and credit arrangements.
Lauretta was part of CQ Legal’s team that advised the Ministry of Finance on the successful 2021 USD 3 billion Government of Ghana Sovereign Bond.
Lauretta obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and her Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
Frank Amuh
Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Mountcrest University College.
He completed his Professional Law Programme at the Ghana School of Law. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
At the firm, Frank is the Lead Associate for the Lands, Real Estate and Property practice area group.
He is passionate about Corporate and Commercial Law as well as Technology Law particularly; Communication and Networking, Artificial Intelligence, Cyberspace Law, Cybersecurity and Financial Technology.
