Helen-Lois Gyampo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with first-class honours in Theatre Arts and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London. She also holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Prior to joining CQ Legal and Consulting, Helen-Lois interned with an NGO providing general legal assistance to vulnerable groups (women and children). She practiced with Archer, Archer and Co. as a trainee solicitor and later as a litigation assistant in the group office of a financial institution. Subsequently, Helen-Lois worked in a private capacity assisting both local and international clients with a full range of transactional services including market entry risk assessment, registration of companies, streamlining legal compliance processes for their businesses and performing due diligence. She has also participated in training workshops on Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Practice.
Helen-Lois offers considerable experience in the financial services industry covering banking operations, regulatory compliance and representation in matters relating to debt recovery and labour disputes.
Her current areas of focus include Corporate and Commercial, Land and Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution.
