Where this Privacy Notice refers to CQ Legal, “we”, “us” or “our”, it is CQ Legal & Consulting Unlimited. This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect and process your personal data in relation to the brand known as CQ Legal. This Privacy Notice also provides certain information that is legally required and lists your rights into your personal data. If you elect to pay us by credit card then, we may also collect credit card numbers and other payment information, and ensure we destroy such information after use.

We ensure that we only keep your personal data for the minimum period as is necessary for us to abide by our relevant legal obligations. In relation to personal data relating to legal matters and services, we will store your personal data for 10 years from your last interaction with us, except for financial data which is destroyed in accordance with clause 3. We keep the length of time that we hold your personal data under review. These reviews take place annually.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
